Ariel Jeffrey Kouakou: Reward raised to $25,000 in search for missing child

Montreal champion boxer Adonis Stevenson has donated $15,000 to the family of the 10-year-old boy who went missing last Monday, making it possible for them to increase significantly the reward being offered to the person who can help them find their son.

Ariel Jeffrey Kouakou disappeared after setting out from his Ahuntsic-Cartierville home to visit a friend who lives nearby. Exhaustive searching by police and volunteers all week have so far turned up no sign of the child. On Saturday, the boy’s father, Kouadio Frédéric Kouakou, said the family was offering a $10,000 reward. The gift from Stevenson boosts the reward to $25,000.
