Activist doctor says humanitarians need to judge risk of travel to dangerous areas

Tarek Loubani, a London, Ont. physician, said this week that Canadians who want to do humanitarian work first need to ask whether the help they can offer is worth the risk of travelling to zones designated as dangerous by the federal government.
